Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to moving, packing and related services provided by Right Way Logistics Ltd. ("Right Way Logistics," "we," "our," or "us") and to your use of rightwaylogistics.ca. By requesting a quote, booking a move, or using this website, you agree to these terms. Your written quote forms part of your agreement with us; if anything in your written quote differs from these terms, the written quote applies.

Quotes & Pricing

• Local moves are billed by the hour for the crew and truck. Our current rates are listed on our FAQ and moving cost calculator, and the rate in your written quote is the rate you pay.
• Your written quote estimates the hours for your move based on the information you give us. Final charges are based on the actual time the crew spends on your move.
• Intercity and Manitoba-wide moves are quoted individually based on volume and distance.
• Rates include the truck, fuel, moving blankets, dollies, floor protection and basic furniture disassembly and reassembly. Specialty items, extra packing materials and packing services are quoted before you confirm.
• GST (5%) is added to your final invoice.
• Estimates from our online cost calculator are ballpark ranges only and are not a quote.

Accurate Move Information

Quotes depend on the details you provide, including home size, large or specialty items, stairs, elevators, parking and access at both locations. If the move differs from what was described, the time required may change, and we'll let you know before continuing. Please arrange elevator bookings, parking and building access where required, and make sure someone authorized is present at pickup and delivery.

Booking, Scheduling & Changes

We confirm your arrival window the day before your move and call ahead when the crew is on the way. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible at 204-619-7101. Any deposit, cancellation or rescheduling terms that apply to your move are set out in your written quote.

Items We Don't Move

For safety and legal reasons, we don't transport hazardous or flammable materials (such as propane, gasoline, paint thinners or ammunition), illegal items, or perishable food. We recommend you carry cash, jewellery, important documents, medication and other irreplaceable valuables yourself.

Packing

We offer full and partial packing with materials supplied. Boxes you pack yourself should be properly sealed and able to be stacked safely. We may decline to move boxes or items that are unsafe to carry or transport as packed.

Insurance, Damage & Claims

Right Way Logistics is licensed and insured, and your belongings are covered by our liability insurance while in our care. We may photograph items of concern before loading. If anything is damaged during your move, contact us immediately — claims must be reported within 24 hours of move completion so we can review them and work to make it right.

Payment

Payment is due when your move is complete unless your written quote says otherwise.

Use of This Website

Information on rightwaylogistics.ca is provided for general purposes and may change without notice. Website content, including text, images and branding, belongs to Right Way Logistics and may not be copied or reused without permission. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Right Way Logistics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by weather, road conditions or other events outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies at the time you book.
