These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Right Way Logistics Ltd. ("Right Way Logistics," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our moving and relocation services and our website at rightwaylogistics.ca.
By requesting a quote, booking a move, or engaging our services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Right Way Logistics provides professional moving and relocation services in Winnipeg, Manitoba and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion, including refusal to move items we reasonably deem unsafe, hazardous, or impractical to transport.
Quotes provided by Right Way Logistics are estimates based on the information you supply at the time of booking. Final charges may differ if the actual scope of work differs materially from the information provided.
Factors that may affect the final price include:
Hourly rates apply from the time our crew departs our facility to the time they return. Travel time to and from the job site is included in the billable time unless otherwise stated in your written quote.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the move, before our crew departs the final delivery location, unless other arrangements have been made in writing prior to the move date.
We accept the following payment methods:
Outstanding balances: Accounts not paid within 30 days of the move date are subject to a late fee of 2% per month (24% per annum) on the outstanding balance. Right Way Logistics reserves the right to withhold possession of goods until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.
Right Way Logistics takes care of your belongings. In the event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, our liability is subject to the following terms:
Standard Coverage: Unless additional valuation coverage is purchased, our liability is limited to $0.60 per pound per article in accordance with standard moving industry practice in Canada.
Insurance Coverage: Right Way Logistics carries full insurance coverage. For details on coverage that applies to your move, please ask us at the time of booking.

Claim Process: All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the move date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. To submit a claim, contact us at info@rightwaylogistics.ca.
The following items will not be transported by Right Way Logistics under any circumstances:
If prohibited items are discovered during a move, we reserve the right to refuse transport and the move may be terminated without refund of any deposit or hours already worked.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made with at least 72 hours notice are subject to availability and can be accommodated at no charge. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice is treated as a cancellation and re-booking.

Right Way Logistics is not responsible for delays or additional charges that result from your failure to meet these responsibilities.
For long-distance moves, Right Way Logistics will provide an estimated delivery window. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, third-party access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated window due to our fault, we will communicate proactively and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Compensation for delays caused by our fault will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us directly first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through open communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. Mediation will be conducted in Winnipeg, Manitoba by a mutually agreed mediator.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Right Way Logistics operates in compliance with applicable provincial and federal transportation legislation, including the Motor Transport Act (Manitoba) where applicable.
